There will be new urban project worth 1.9 billions USD in Hanoi

The Manor Park City project including apartments, school, hospital, sport center, restaurants, park, spa centers, ... planning to start within the second quater of 2013.

On March 19, 2013 Hanoi Architecture and Planning announced plan and delivered general adjusted documents which designed detail plan of South 3st road (The Manor Park City) rated 1/500.

The project cover area of nearly 90 hectares invested by BITEXCO JSC (Belong to BITEXCO Group).
According to conversation with VNExpress, news from BITEXCO reveal that this project worth 1.9 billions USD which will has apartments, school, restaurant, sport center, spa centers, ...This project will be started from the 2nd quater this year. One Japanese company will be designer.
The Manor Park City aim to be the new model and stylish urban complex " City and Eco environment".
This project was approved by Hanoi People Committee with general plan rated 1/500 from December, 2012.
The project adjustment was aimed to general planning of the capital until 2030 and with vision until 2050 and detailed plan of Hoang Mai District.
BITEXCO is also an investor of The Manor at Me Tri, Tu Liem. This project was used from 2007.
